About the role
The People / Operations Executive handles a variety of planning, delivery and administrative duties across a tight-knit and high performing agency team.
You will be part of a collaborative team that supports agency Omnicom Media Aotearoa brands. Our team is tasked to deliver exceptional employee experience to our people and exceptional experiences for our clients, while maintaining the integrity of the HR / Operations functions.
Skills and Experience
- An HR or Operations graduate or professional with up to 2 year’s experience
- Ideally similar experience in an HR and / or Operations role in fast-paced and highly regulated business environment
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage expectations within tight timeframes
- Ability to liaise, mediate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- High level communication and relationship building skills and strong emotional intelligence
- Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build rapport, interact effectively at all levels and provide support and advice
- Strong attention to detail, understanding the importance of accuracy and shows sound judgement
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Forward thinking and collaborative
- Shows discretion - knowing what is and is not appropriate to share with others
- Is a motivated and proactive team player with a can-do attitude and an ability to pick things up and run with them as required
- Experience in HR / business systems – Workday is beneficial
