About The Role

What if your MBA-level expertise in finance, strategy, and operations could directly shape how AI advises the world's businesses and executives? We're looking for Business Administration specialists to challenge, evaluate, and train cutting-edge AI models — ensuring they think, reason, and communicate at a genuinely executive level.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous analysis.

What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems across corporate finance, market entry strategy, supply chain operations, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Build rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, DCF valuations, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-grade rationales that serve as the benchmark for AI training
• Audit AI Business Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
• Sharpen AI Thinking — Identify and document reasoning failures — miscalculated WACC, ignored sunk costs, flawed market sizing — and provide structured, actionable feedback that makes AI smarter

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational knowledge across at least two core disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations and written analysis
• Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch formula errors, logical gaps, and structural weaknesses others miss
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Proficiency with data-driven decision tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Experience building or reviewing financial models, pitch decks, or strategic plans
