We're looking for Biology Masters graduates and current students to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your biology knowledge will directly shape how the next generation of AI understands and reasons through complex scientific problems. No AI background needed — just a strong grasp of biology and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging, advanced biology questions to rigorously test AI performance
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with well-structured scientific reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logic, and depth of biological understanding
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology
- Provide structured written feedback that helps improve AI model quality over time
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or holding a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
- Able to explain complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely in writing
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI or machine learning experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or scientific peer review
- Familiarity with large language models or AI evaluation workflows
- Background spanning multiple biology disciplines (e.g., molecular biology, ecology, physiology)
