Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Contact customers by phone and email to resolve payment issues.
- Negotiate and follow up on payment arrangements.
- Deliver professional and respectful customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
- Monitor credit risk and escalate issues where needed.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and reduce overdue debt.
- Work with internal departments to resolve disputes efficiently.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations.
- Previous success meeting collection targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is desirable.
