- 80 hours per fortnight + involvement in on-call roster
- Salary from $81,704 per annum + work vehicle, phone and laptop

We’re looking for a natural people leader who builds strong relationships with the people we support and their whānau. As Service Manager, you’ll lead and coach a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll identify individual needs, develop practical plans, and create opportunities that help people achieve their goals. This is meaningful, hands-on leadership where no two days are the same - and where creativity, compassion, and initiative are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the delivery of person-centred support services
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Support Workers
- Build positive partnerships with whānau and stakeholders
- Coordinate team activities, including rostering and training
- Champion best practice and ensure health & safety compliance
- Celebrate progress and achievements of the people we support
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
We're looking for a passionate, people-focused leader who genuinely believes in what we do. You'll bring:
- Leadership experience, with a proven ability to coach and develop a team to deliver great outcomes
- An understanding of person-centred support in practice - a background in Health and Disability is preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational skills, including confidence with rostering, planning, budgeting and technology
- A commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Flexibility to participate in a 24/7 on-call roster
- A full NZ Drivers Licence
