We have an opening in our busy medical centre. This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours across Monday to Friday.

The purpose of this role is to oversee daily operations, including HR, financial management, quality improvement, and compliance. Responsibilities involve managing staff, ensuring legal compliance, fostering relationships, and coordinating building maintenance.

You will bring to the role

• Prior experience in Operational Management preferably in a Healthcare environment
• Have strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Be honest, reliable and self motivated.
• Be able to work independently and in a team.
• Have financial management or accounting skills.
