Marketing Manager
Data Insight
We are looking for a progressive Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing activity across Data Insight’s brand, campaigns, digital presence, thought leadership, and market positioning.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can operate confidently across design and marketing execution. You will work closely with sales and the broader team to elevate Data Insight’s brand and support business growth with lead generation.
The role requires someone who is comfortable developing campaigns, managing our digital presence including the website, creating content, and coordinating events (in person and online).
This position requires excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a consistently high standard of delivery.
You will thrive in this role if you are confident but personable, enjoy variety, naturally curious and interested in AI.
What You'll Do
Campaigns & Digital Performance
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned to commercial objectives, improving lead generation.
- Manage LinkedIn organic and paid campaign activity.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and ongoing digital content improvements.
- Develop HubSpot (CRM) for marketing automation and reporting.
- Track campaign performance, report against benchmarks, and identify optimisation opportunities. Content & Thought Leadership
- Write and edit blogs, articles, LinkedIn content, case studies, newsletters, email marketing, and sales enablement collateral.
- Translate technical subject matter into accessible, commercially relevant content.
- Support leadership and technical teams to develop executive and employee thought leadership across LinkedIn and other GTM channels.
- Manage webinars, workshops, events, and related promotional activity (in person and online)
Brand & Marketing Operations
- Strengthen Data Insight's market visibility and maintain consistent, high-quality brand positioning across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate external suppliers, designers, developers, and production partners. Support event logistics, sponsorship activity, and industry partnerships.
- Assist with internal communications and team engagement initiatives where appropriate.
What You Will Bring to This Role
- 4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing or digital marketing roles
- Great written communication and storytelling capability
- Good understanding of modern B2B marketing and LinkedIn as a GTM channel
- Some experience managing integrated campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting. Good organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with senior leaders and technical subject matter experts.
- Experience using platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CMS platforms such as Webflow or similar platforms with a curious mindset to develop your skills.
Nice To Have
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or tech environment
- Design or presentation development capability using Canva, Adobe or Figma
- Experience briefing or coordinating video and creative production.
- Experience with AI toolsets such as Lovable or Gamma
- Prior experience translating complex technical or industry specific concepts into clear, simple messaging.
- Skills in website performance through SEO, GEO/LLM optimisation, metadata strategy, and content optimisation.
