Digital Business Analyst

Heartland Bank LTD

Remote

At Heartland, we do things a little differently. We work in small, empowered pods—tight-knit, cross-functional teams focused on solving real problems for our customers. As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning ideas into high-quality digital solutions that make a meaningful difference.

Is this your next role?

As a key member of a delivery pod, you’ll lead your own workstream from discovery through to delivery. You’ll partner closely with your Delivery/Digital Manager, developers, and quality teams to translate business needs into practical, testable solutions. From shaping the problem to validating the outcome, you’ll see your work through to success in production.

What You’ll Do

  • Work in a cross-functional team to deliver quality solutions that solve the problems your stakeholders describe
  • Support your Delivery / Digital Manager to maintain a healthy pipeline of problems to solve for your stakeholders
  • Understand how the people who look after our customers work, and how we can help
  • Live a little in two worlds, understanding both the business requirements and the technical solutions
  • Obtain and document requirements, create test cases
  • Propose solutions that are scalable and reusable

Does this sound like you?

You’re an outcomes focussed communicator, who’s happy to flex and at your best in a fast paced environment. You build strong relationships and bring fresh thinking and an investigative mindset.

You’re a Pro With

  • proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services or a digital delivery environment
  • a track record of identifying problems and driving practical solutions
  • experience working in agile or collaborative delivery
  • writing skills with ability to write concisely, and tailor your message to different audiences.
  • ability to translate between stakeholders and technical teams
  • skills to produce clear, structured documentation
