He Kōrero Mō Te Tūranga | The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Coordinator - PX Operations and Insights to join us on a fixed-term basis through to 18 December 2026. This opportunity has arisen as our current Coordinator has been seconded into an Advisory role as part of their career development - a great example of the growth opportunities within our team. We are now seeking someone to step in and provide continuity and support during this period. In this role, you’ll provide proactive coordination and administrative support across the People Experience team. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our core PX services, systems, and projects are delivered effectively, while supporting kaimahi and leaders with PX-related queries.

What you'll do

  • Manage and respond to PX Service Desk requests, providing timely and accurate support
  • Support managers and kaimahi with HR processes, policies, and operational queries
  • Assist with HRIS data quality, reporting, policies, and dashboards
  • Coordinate and support PX projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, documentation, and system enhancements
  • Work collaboratively across PX and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

You are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can make a difference. You bring strong attention to detail, love continuous improvement and systems-thinking, and are willing to learn and grow in a supportive team environment. You will also:

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Demonstrate sound organisational and time management skills
  • Be comfortable working with data and supporting reporting
  • Bring a collaborative approach to your work and contribute positively to team culture at our Hillsborough-based office
  • Ideally have experience in HR, administration, or project coordination

A relevant qualification in HR, organisational psychology, or business is desirable.
