About The Role
This role is responsible for managing and maintaining operational content and documentation across multiple digital products to support markets, product features, and ongoing platform updates. A key focus is ensuring a consistent tone of voice, terminology, and user experience across all digital products. The role also draws on fitness industry knowledge to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with how programmes are delivered in market. Key responsibilities include sourcing, publishing, and updating market documentation such as agreements, event policies, and handbooks, while coordinating requirements across global markets and supporting localisation and translation needs.
A key priority is ensuring the accuracy and functionality of digital products, including updating content, managing website redirects, maintaining development forms, and addressing operational items such as FAQs, new pages, and broken links. The role supports new feature development by publishing and localising content, while tracking deliverables and timelines. Sitting within an engineering / software development team, the role works closely with business stakeholders across global markets to coordinate priorities and ensure smooth delivery. In addition, the role updates operational Salesforce emails and coordinates merchandising and promotional content.
Skills And Experience You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in a relevant field such as Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a communication or content publisher role with digital product focus and proven track record of managing content and publishing processes across digital products.
- Demonstrable experience working with foundational platforms and tools such as modern CMS platforms, Jira, Confluence, and digital asset management systems.
- Experience working day-to-day with software engineering and digital product teams, with confidence operating in a technical environment.
- Proven copywriting experience, including the use of AI-assisted tools or certification in AI content creation, with the ability to produce clear, consistent, and engaging content while improving efficiency and scaling tone of voice and terminology across digital products and markets.
- Strong project management and coordination experience, including managing deliverables across multiple markets and working with diverse business stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
- Experience using behavioural analytics to assess content performance, including measuring the impact of content changes, running tests, and using data to inform continuous improvements.
- At least 1 year of experience within the fitness industry, with an understanding of programmes, terminology and industry dynamics.
