Lead Architectural BIM Technician

An exciting opportunity to join our established Architectural team.

Working on a fast-paced, valued project alongside Studio Leads, Digital Leads & Senior team members, you’ll hit the ground running from day one. Reporting to our Studio Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the design & documentation for architectural projects are delivered according to client expectations.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Produce, manage and update Revit Models and Requirement with minimal supervision
  • Supporting the adoption of BIM Execution & Documentation Plans
  • Leading the WSP Architectural team to continue paving the way for BIM best practice.
  • Collaborating with the BIM leads on projects to achieve best outcome for our Clients.
  • Detailed planning of technical content in relation to architectural projects
  • Client & relationship management

About you

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology
  • 10+ years’ relevant experience, including experience with BIM best practice & application
  • Expertly Proficient and Experienced in Revit for Modelling and Data Management
  • Strong Understanding of Engineering and Building Construction principles as they apply to BIM
  • Broad experience in a wide range of building types & construction methods
  • Exposure to complex integration of construction elements and coordination of building disciplines
