The primary objectives of the role are to ensure that all customers receive efficient, caring and professional service at all times; ensure product knowledge, general housekeeping, merchandising, stock maintenance and store standards are kept to the highest degree. Equally important is stepping in to support your team members when they need your help.

This is a Permanent Part-Time position, rostered 16 hours across Monday to Sunday.

Do you have what we are looking for?

• Retail or Pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
• Proficient in Mandarin language
• Experience with Toniq system
• Develops connections with people and community
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Strong customer focus
• Driven to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• A quick learner with a proactive approach
• Flexible, adaptable, and empathetic
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming
