About The Role
We're looking for biology experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on advanced scientific content. Your domain knowledge will directly shape how AI understands, reasons through, and communicates complex biology — making a real impact on the next generation of intelligent tools used in science and research.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience required.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging biology questions spanning undergraduate to Masters-level topics to test AI performance
- Develop clear, rigorous, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate expert reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical soundness, and quality
- Identify gaps, errors, and weaknesses in AI reasoning across biology domains
- Collaborate with researchers to refine and improve benchmarks used to train cutting-edge AI models
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology topics
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with molecular biology, genetics, physiology, or related specializations
- Background in academic research or scientific writing
