Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Channel Partner Lead to join us and shape how we grow through our retail, influencing direction and delivering connection and revenue growth through collaboration. In this role, you will own a portfolio of national channel partners, shaping joint plans and leading go to market activity that turns opportunity into measurable performance.

This role matters because our partners are central to how we reach and serve Aotearoa. You will influence senior stakeholders and align cross functional teams to deliver shared outcomes, with the opportunity to shape partner strategy at scale.

Crucially, you’ll step into a role with real influence across our partner ecosystem, helping bring Chorus’ strategy to life.

Role

You are a relationship first leader who takes a thoughtful considered approach to partnerships and delivers meaningful, sustainable results. To step into this role, you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated B2B sales leadership with consistent revenue growth through partners.
• Experience owning strategic relationships with large, complex channel or enterprise partners.
• Confidence influencing senior and C suite stakeholders, grounded in credibility.
• A track record of co-developing and delivering partner led commercial and go to market plans.
• Sound judgement to identifying and realising joint value opportunities.
• Ideally, experience leading small teams or working across cross functional environments to deliver outcomes.
