We’re looking for an experienced white-collar Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Christchurch and take ownership of a warm, well-established desk.

About The Opportunity

Our Christchurch office is part of a nationwide powerhouse, a big engine in the NZ recruitment market with a strong brand, full national coverage, and a reputation for delivering results in technical, engineering, operations, and supply chain roles.

You’ll step into a warm desk with existing client relationships and a strong pipeline, so you can hit the ground running.

About You

• Proven experience recruiting white-collar roles in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, engineering, or technical sectors highly advantageous, open to other sector experience
• Strong track record of business development and candidate placement
• Hunter mentality with the ability to build and grow a desk
• Professional, resilient, and driven to succeed
• Based in Christchurch or willing to relocate
