THE OPPORTUNITY

As Farm Manager at Pāmu’s West Coast Dairy Support, you’ll have the trust and autonomy to run the farm well, this is a small two-person farm, so you’ll make decisions that genuinely matter. This is a role where your experience and judgement are valued, and where you can make a real difference.

You’ll bring your experience managing a farm or leading teams to continue lifting performance through thoughtful leadership, sound judgement, and a practical understanding of stock and pasture management.

You’ll have real influence over farm performance, both financially and environmentally, and over the culture and way the team works together.
