Our Retail Operations & Transformation team are laser-focused on critical metrics—driving SAP support, efficiency of in-store operations, checkout performance and play a key role with new store openings & ownership changes across all three banners.
Te Tūranga – About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed team and start your career within demand planning, where you’ll support the team with coordination, reporting, and planning activities that keep everything running smoothly!
You’ll work closely with the Demand Planning Manager and Analysts, contributing to forecasting processes and helping improve delivery discipline, freeing up analysts to focus on deeper insights.
Over time, you’ll build capability in demand planning and may take ownership of a small number of stores as part of your development into a Demand Planning Analyst.
Ngā Haepapa – What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day operations of the Demand Planning team
- Preparing and maintaining planning data, reports, and trackers
- Assisting with forecasting inputs, data checks, and exception follow-ups
- Monitoring performance metrics such as days cover and out-of-stocks
- Supporting SAP Forecasting & Replenishment processes
- Coordinating reporting cycles and planning cadence activities
- Acting as a first point of contact for basic planning queries
- Collaborating with analysts and supporting store requests
He Kōrero Mōu – About You
You’re organised, curious, and keen to build a career in demand planning or retail operations!
You’ll Bring
- Entry level experience in retail, supply chain, planning, or analytical support
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
- Solid Excel skills (Power BI or similar tools are a bonus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A willingness to learn forecasting and inventory concepts
