Why You’ll Love This Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice assisting businesses of all sizes—from your local dairy to major supermarkets and service stations. You’ll help them troubleshoot, solve issues, and even introduce them to cool new products that could make their lives easier.

What you’ll be doing

Answering calls & emails, solving customer queries with patience and expertise

Diagnosing technical issues and escalating where needed

Introducing customers to awesome Paymark products like e-commerce solutions and payment insights

Keeping our systems updated with all interactions.

This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week), with shifts that may include occasional nights (until midnight) and weekends—but don’t worry, we’ll give you a set roster so you can plan your life! So that we can ensure you get up to speed, you’ll initially be 5 days in the office for the first month or two.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

You’re a natural people-person who loves a good chat (especially over the phone!). You listen beyond the words, figure out what’s really going on, and help customers feel at ease.
