Citizens Advice Sefton is recruiting a Training & Support Officer to help develop volunteers and support the delivery of high-quality advice services. You will deliver training, provide coaching and feedback, and support volunteers during advice sessions, helping them build confidence and skills. You may also provide direct advice to clients when needed.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in training, mentoring or supporting others, particularly in roles involving the public or vulnerable people. Strong communication, organisation and a commitment to high standards are essential.
