The role
As a Gambling Regulator , based in Auckland , you will play a critical role in delivering responsive, risk‑based regulation across the gambling sector. You will:
- Undertake audits, investigations and compliance activity
- Conduct venue and casino inspections
- Assess and process licensing and regulatory decisions
- Engage confidently with operators and stakeholders to lift compliance and promote best practice
- Work collaboratively across a national team of regulators
No two days are the same. This role requires sound judgement, resilience, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex regulatory environment.

The band range for this role $ 81.312 - $101.88.
