We are seeking a highly organised SPV Document Controller & Project Administrator to join our Asset Management team in Christchurch on the Christchurch Men's Prison Redevelopment Project.
The Position
Reporting to the SPV General Manager, this role is responsible for establishing and maintaining document control, correspondence and administrative systems on behalf of Project Co, ensuring all records are accurate, secure and audit‑ready.
More specifically, you will:
- Establish and administer the SPV document management system (Aconex)
- Control receipt, distribution, version control and archiving of documentation
- Support document control for contractual notices, claims, approvals and reporting
- Coordinate formal correspondence with the State, contractors and advisers
- Support Board, lender and Independent Certifier reporting
- Provide project administration including meetings, minutes and action tracking
- Support commissioning and transition‑to‑operations activities
