In this senior role, you will work closely with the Product and Technology team and support them by:

• Designing, developing and maintaining in-house software applications.
• Creating and implementing reusable UI components that maintain brand consistency and adhere to design standards.
• Contributing ideas to promote innovation, and analytical skills to turn ideas into practical solutions.
• Providing mentoring to other team members and assisting others to solve difficult problems.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in information technology, programming or software engineering.

Proven, top-level experience in:

• Working effectively in an agile environment, with a solid understanding of agile frameworks and principles.
• Utilizing AI tools as part of the SDLC.
• Multiple programming languages and technical approaches, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and integrating cloud-based solutions into project delivery.
• Applying strong systems analysis skills to understand, adapt, and improve complex systems.
• Communicating technical concepts clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
