Senior User Experience Designer

Streamliners

Streamliners builds HealthPathways — the clinical decision-support platform used by GPs, hospital clinicians, and care teams across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and Canada. Our pathways guide tens of thousands of clinicians who care for millions of patients every year.

Our mission is to improve health and wellbeing globally by enabling:

  • Community - collaborating globally for local impact
  • Conversations - agreeing about what will work around here
  • Clarity - offering clear guidance at the point of care

About the role | Ko te mahi nei

This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer who wants their work to matter.

You'll own product experience design across HealthPathways and partner on user research ensuring insights—not assumptions—drive how we improve our platform for clinicians worldwide.

You'll sit at the intersection of design, research, and AI, shaping intuitive, accessible experiences for people making real clinical decisions under time pressure. You'll evolve our design system, run research that changes product direction, and help define what a modern, AI-augmented HealthPathways looks like.

Reporting to the Head of Digital and Innovation, you'll work alongside product owners, engineers, clinical content specialists, and customers across multiple jurisdictions.

The hours for this part-time role are negotiable for the right candidate and are expected to be around 3-4 days per week. You can view the full position description here after selecting 'Apply' on the Seek job advertisement.
