About The Role

As the West Coast Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of roading, civil and maintenance contracts across the West Coast region.

You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and leading teams to perform at their best.

You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and involved in driving strategic and operational outcomes for the benefit of the West Coast and wider company.

This is a hands-on leadership role with accountability across programme, financial, safety, quality, and people outcomes.

About You

  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
  • Proven experience in contract management within civil construction, roading or maintenance
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, pricing, and project controls
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety and quality management systems
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant trade, engineering, or construction management qualification (preferred)

Other Requirements

This role may require travel across the West Coast region and the flexibility to undertake other reasonable duties aligned to the role and business needs.
