Our Petone branch is seeking an experienced Booking Administrator to coordinate administration tasks for our Occupational Health Services. This is a full-time permanent role (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week).
Main responsibilities
- Coordinating nurse schedules across NZ to optimise assessments and resource allocation
- Supporting colleague training and assisting with data and record migration across systems, including during acquisitions and business transitions
- Scheduling a range of occupational health services with appropriate clinicians
- Triaging non-occupational health requests to the relevant internal departments
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, employers, clinicians, and internal teams
- Coordinating travel logistics for nurses including accommodation and transport
- Managing booking requests and communications via phone and email
- Supporting customer-specific programmes, including flu vaccination campaigns
- Assisting with wider bookings projects and supporting team members as required

- Confidence working across multiple practice management systems
- Experience working with Gensolve is desirable
- Strong understanding of occupational health and scheduling coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, experienced team member who can step into a senior support role when needed
