The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to provide administrative support across our business operations.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys keeping things running smoothly, and takes pride in accuracy, coordination and communication. You’ll play a central role in the day‑to‑day business support across the organisation.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Provide broad administrative support across the business, including document formatting, correspondence, meeting minutes, filing, action tracking, and record management.
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets, trackers, registers, work orders, project records, and other business administration information.
  • Support operations administration, including timesheet entry, plant and equipment records, asset management system updates, and invoicing support.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, events, training sessions, and onboarding arrangements as required.
  • Assist with people administration, including recruitment coordination, pre-employment checks, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, competency records, and training administration.

This is a busy, hands‑on role where no two days look the same — perfect for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a fast‑moving organisation.

About You

You’re an experienced administrator who loves structure, accuracy and supporting others to succeed. You’re confident juggling multiple workstreams, can work independently, and handle confidential information with professionalism.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong skills in data entry, records management, scheduling and document formatting
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
