The Opportunity
As an Account Manager on the Woolworths team, you'll collaborate with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy that benefits both Mondelēz and their business. You'll cultivate strong relationships at all levels, focusing on building connections with key decision-makers. Your role is pivotal in executing the customer strategy & ensuring the seamless delivery of our joint business plan.
The ingredients you’ll bring
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share through strategic account management.
- Build strong trusted relationships with the customer, understanding their unique business needs and go-to-market strategies.
- Initiative is key; this role will require you to identify challenges and find solutions that are beneficial for both businesses.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the business and the customer.
- Deliver exceptional results by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, providing expert guidance and support.
About You
- A strong desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
- Ambition and drive to succeed
- Proven Account Management experience with Woolworths is preferred, and ideally, you will have experience working on an impulse category.
- Experience with project management is an advantage.
