What You’ll Do

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll help shape and deliver new energy products and customer experiences across Genesis Home which includes Retail and Business areas. In this role you will work across product, technology, marketing, legal, commercial and vendor teams, you’ll play a key role in translating customer and business needs into practical solutions that create value and deliver smooth end-to-end experiences.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are

• Lead customer journey mapping and identify pain points and opportunities
• Support new product launches from concept through to delivery
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable outcomes
• Work across multiple initiatives spanning product, customer and operational change
• Analyse data and customer insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to deliver customer-focused enhancements

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be a well-rounded Senior Business Analyst with strong product and customer experience capability, comfortable working across multiple business areas and partnering with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver practical, customer-focused outcomes.

You will also bring;

• Proven experience delivering business analysis across customer or product-focused initiatives
• Strong customer journey mapping and customer experience design capability
• Experience supporting product launches or customer product offerings end to end
• Ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups including technical and non-technical teams
• Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple initiatives simultaneously
