Recruitment Coordinator

About The Role

You'll be right in the middle of the action, helping keep recruitment moving by:

• Screening and reviewing CVs
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Conducting phone screens and initial candidate checks
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day recruitment admin

Most of your day will be spent on the phone and working through candidates efficiently-this is a fast-paced, practical environment where things move quickly.

• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
• Strong work ethic and ability to keep up in a busy environment
• Good attention to detail when reviewing applications
• Confident communicator with a straightforward, practical approach
• Organised and reliable
• Comfortable working alongside operational teams and in a hands-on, industry-focused setting

What's On Offer

• $28.95 per hour
• Temporary role (1-2 months)
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Christchurch-based
