As a Commercial Manager you will shape the success of a diverse portfolio of commercial customers by building trusted relationships, delivering tailored banking solutions and supporting growth across the region. You will lead proactive business development, assess complex credit needs, and provide expert guidance to customers navigating opportunities and challenges.

Supported by a Commercial Associate and specialist partners, you will have the space and backing to focus on deepening customer connections, growing quality lending and helping businesses reach their potential.

For this role we are looking for a commercially confident banker with strong credit capability and a passion for building meaningful customer relationships. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven experience in commercial or business banking relationship management
• Confident in credit and risk assessment including complex deal structuring
• Strong ability to build trusted customer relationships and influence outcomes
• Experienced in identifying business development opportunities in competitive markets
• Proficient in applying sound judgement to financial analysis and portfolio management
• Strong commercial acumen with a commitment to delivering great customer outcomes
