Based in Wellington CBD, this immediate start temporary role is an excellent opportunity to us your previous programme coordination experience.

Join a busy team, working across multiple projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.

Other Duties Include

  • Coordination of project milestones, ensuring deadlines are managed/met
  • Financial management, invoice processing and PO allocation
  • Management of project documentation, Advanced use of the MS Suite/MS Project
  • Organise logistics, events and project planning
  • Assist with the set up of meetings, take adhoc minutes and assist with agendas
  • Manage a busy project inbox, assisting with administrative tasks as required
  • Coordinate and update risk registers as required
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are managed appropriately

We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years experience in a senior project-based role
  • Public sector experience is ideal
  • Excellent time management and organisational skillset
  • Ability to hit the ground running quickly
