Based in Wellington CBD, this immediate start temporary role is an excellent opportunity to us your previous programme coordination experience.
Join a busy team, working across multiple projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
Other Duties Include
- Coordination of project milestones, ensuring deadlines are managed/met
- Financial management, invoice processing and PO allocation
- Management of project documentation, Advanced use of the MS Suite/MS Project
- Organise logistics, events and project planning
- Assist with the set up of meetings, take adhoc minutes and assist with agendas
- Manage a busy project inbox, assisting with administrative tasks as required
- Coordinate and update risk registers as required
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are managed appropriately
We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years experience in a senior project-based role
- Public sector experience is ideal
- Excellent time management and organisational skillset
- Ability to hit the ground running quickly
