Where will you be based?

Careerforce operates offices in Tāmaki Makaurau -(Auckland), Te Whanga-nui-a-Tara (Wellington) and Ōtautahi (Christchurch) and supports a team of remote employees.

About the role

| Mō te Tūranga mahi:

We are looking for a hands-on Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Applications & Systems team and play a key role in our Systems replacement project which will be a huge digital transformation for us.

This is a practical, get-stuck-in role where you will be designing, building and improving solutions across the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You will work closely with our Solutions Architect, our system teams, and the wider digital group to turn real-world needs into smart, scalable solutions.

You will be a critical part of our move to a modern cloud-based CRM, helping ensure it works for our kaimahi, and our external stakeholders.

This isn’t a “sit back and code” role — we are after someone who can think, problem solve, communicate well, and jump in to support wherever its needed (including supporting BAU when required).

You will also help grow capability in the team by sharing your knowledge and supporting others.

About you | Mō ōu ake wheako

You must be an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer who:

  • Knows Dynamics 365 CE inside out (3–5+ years hands-on)
  • Has solid skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript (plugins, workflows, integrations)
  • Understands Dataverse and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Has experience integrating systems via APIs and working with Azure services
  • Has worked on system replacements or digital transformation projects
  • Is comfortable working in structured delivery environments

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400 etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Relevant qualification in technology or similar
