Your Role with Us

In this position, you will provide an outstanding customer service experience for our customers and advisers that is targeted to their needs and is an effective and efficient resolution of their enquiry.

Your Impact

  • Handling incoming calls and taking full ownership of resolving customer and adviser queries, including follow-up tasks and coordination with other teams.
  • Providing customers and advisers with correct information, processing their requests, and sending well-written communications such as quotes and forms.
  • Building loyalty through outstanding service and contributing to business growth by identifying and passing on potential leads.
  • Following internal guidelines, making sound decisions within your authority, and suggesting ways to improve processes without compromising quality.
  • Supporting colleagues during busy times and consistently represent AIA and its partners in a professional and positive manner.

Your Capabilities

  • Customer service experience preferably within a contact centre and/or financial services.
  • Awareness and/or understanding of insurance/banking products would be useful.
