Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity - Property'

Our Te Toki - Transport Services group aims to deliver great outcomes now and make the future a better place . We aspire to be the kaitiaki of the transport system - with partners, for people, for our land, and for the future. Property is an important enabler for our transport projects. We own many properties including residential, lifestyle, rural, commercial and forestry. Some of these properties are leased to other parties. These properties are purchased and held for current or future transport projects.'

Our Transport Property Services team provide end to end property solutions to actively support the project delivery work of our regional property teams. You will rotate through these teams to learn the key functions of property acquisition, management, disposal and survey & legalisation to meet the requirements of the Transport Services business plan and wider agency objectives.'

  • You are working towards, or already hold, a bachelor's degree or higher'in'Property.

You will also:'

  • Have graduated within the past'two years, obtaining your highest qualification by'February 2027.'
  • Hold a'minimum B grade average'in your completed or current degree.
  • Have knowledge of, or a willingness to develop an understanding of,'te'Tiriti'o Waitangi'and its relevance within the public sector.'
