Trainee Arborist

We’re seeking three motivated Apprenticeships to join our crew and work toward becoming qualified arborists and learn to:

• Prune, maintain, and remove trees
• Use chainsaws and arborist equipment safely
• Develop basic climbing skills and operate elevated work platforms
Learn about tree health and different species

What you’ll bring

No experience is required just a great attitude and willingness to learn!

• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather
• A good level of fitness
• Commitment to completing apprenticeship coursework
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Strong health and safety awareness
• Good communication skills - written and verbal
• Full or restricted Class 1 licence (required)
• Willingness to travel to other branches (a bonus)
• Experience in labouring, landscaping, or other outdoor work
• Comfortable working at heights
