About the role

The AI Business Enablement Analyst plays a key role in supporting Seequent’s AI-powered transformation across commercial and operational teams. Combining business and technical skills, this position contributes to building, maintaining, and optimising AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

In this role you will have the opportunity to :

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand process challenges and contribute to AI solutions
  • Support the implementation of AI enablement initiatives aligned to technical roadmaps

  • Deliver AI solutions including integration with enterprise systems like Salesforce

  • Develop and maintain integrations with data platforms and enterprise systems

  • Partner with data teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data for AI models

  • Apply AI best practices and contribute to continuous improvement

  • Create documentation and training materials to support adoption of AI tools

To be successful in this role you should have

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field
  • Approximately 3 years’ experience in a hands-on IT role (developer, analyst, integration specialist)

  • Experience or strong interest in business process automation (RPA, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g. Vertex AI, Agentforce, Workato)

  • Programming/scripting skills, ideally Python

  • Understanding of databases (SQL) and API integrations

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Location and additional information

This role is based in Christchurch and is office-based. You will collaborate with global teams across Seequent and Bentley, with flexibility required to support different time zones. The position involves strong cross-functional engagement but has no direct reports.
