Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We are looking for 3x highly capable and enthusiastic Bar Managers to take charge of our fast-paced beverage operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards our Auckland precinct at a full time permanent capacity (40 hrs). Paying between $60k - 70k per annum. In this management position you will be responsible for the supervision and training of new staff, motivating your team of skilled bartenders & ensuring a successful bar service as well as:

• Lead the team during shifts
• Keep up to date with industry trends both locally & internationally
• Manage labour costs, invoices, purchasing and product requisitioning
• Monitor and ensure adherence to liquor licensing laws

Mōu | About You

You'll likely be someone with at least 5 years' experience in wine & beverage as well as developing and delivering a beverage programme while managing supplier relationships. You'll be flexible to work our busy rotating rosters between Monday - Sunday including mornings & nights and support your team in a leadership capacity providing excellent bar service. General Managers Licence and LCQ is essential.
