As a Senior Analytics and Insights Specialist, you'll lead analytics delivery end to end, from wrangling disparate data sources through to actionable insights that support Product, Distribution, Pricing, and Performance. You'll partner closely with stakeholders, stay hands-on with data, and collaborate with Data Services on the shift to standardised data products on our cloud platform.

We're growing our analytics capability, and so will you. You'll have the platform to deepen your skills in statistical modelling and machine learning, going beyond descriptive reporting to understand drivers, forecast outcomes, and unlock new insight for the business.

At Kiwibank, we’ll help you build on your strengths and develop new skills. In the meantime, we’d love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

• Significant experience in analytics, insights, or related roles, with evidence of owning and delivering projects end to end, from stakeholder engagement to final outcomes, preferably within banking or financial services
• Advanced data visualisation and storytelling skills using tools like Power BI (or equivalent)
• Intermediate to advanced SQL and Python proficiency, with hands on experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
• Comfortable working across disparate data sources, with hands-on experience in data wrangling, modelling, pipelines, and integration
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and champion data-driven decision making
• Adaptable and solutions-focused, able to juggle competing priorities in a complex, fast-moving environment
