The Role

Working alongside experienced project teams, you'll take ownership of key delivery functions across a range of civil projects including roading, earthworks, rail and urban works. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, driving programmes and managing subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget.

About You

You're an established Project Engineer who thrives in a complex project environment. You will contribute a strong mix of technical capability, people leadership and commercial awareness.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer within civil infrastructure
• Background across roading, rail, earthworks or similar heavy civil projects
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships on site
• Leadership capability and experience managing teams and subcontractors
• Solid planning and programming skills, with sound financial awareness
• Up-to-date knowledge of NZ health & safety legislation
• Relevant Engineering qualification
• Right to accept permanent employment in NZ is essential
