.NET Technical Lead / Senior Designer

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced

.NET Technical Lead / Senior Designer to join our Technology team. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on delivering high-quality API-driven solutions and providing technical leadership across modern engineering environments.

You will play a key role in shaping solution design, guiding development teams, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of .NET-based applications and APIs, particularly for external partner integrations
• Provide technical leadership and direction to delivery teams across the full software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Review and contribute to solution architecture and design decisions
• Drive best practices in modern engineering, including DevSecOps and cloud-native development
• Support delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a .NET Technical Lead / Senior Developer / Solution Designer
• Strong expertise in .NET / C# development and API design (RESTful services)
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and modern engineering frameworks
• Familiarity with AI tooling and emerging technologies is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills
• Experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable
