Analytics and System Manager

Mo te tūranga | About the role

We’re looking for an Analytics and Systems SME to support ASB’s Risk Management system within the wider FS&S systems environment. You’ll play a key role in optimising and uplifting Procurement and Property systems, ensuring our risk platform operates effectively, delivers high-quality insights, and supports better business decision-making.

Ō pūkenga | What you’ll do

• Drive continuous uplift across systems, data, reporting and user experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver system improvements.
• Strengthen risk, compliance and regulatory reporting (including CPS230).
• Deliver clear, insightful dashboards using Power BI, SQL and Excel.
• Provide system support and manage vendor performance and escalations.
• Balance BAU support with delivery of key initiatives and system roadmap.

Ō pūkenga | What you’ll bring

• Experience in risk, procurement or supply chain systems (banking preferred).
• Good working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel, and system configuration.
• Solid understanding of risk and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.
