We're on a mission to wow customers and help them travel confidently across Auckland. We have a great opportunity in our friendly Contact Centre team assisting Aucklanders and visitors to our city with their journeys as Contact Centre Representatives!
You'll have a wide range of contacts with Customers who connect with us via phone, chat, X, Facebook and email. As part of this amazing team based out of our Auckland City office, you'll also have the opportunity to work from home. Working fulltime (permanent 40hrs per week) on a flexible roster including weekends, from both office and from home, we'll ensure you're fully prepared to WOW customers through our great training program.
So, if you are looking for a VIBRANT and CHALLENGING opportunity to develop and grow as well as have a great impact on customers, then we're looking for you to join the team as a Customer Care Representative (Contact Centre).
In this role you will work on a five weekly rotational roster, scheduled to work eight and a half hours per day between the hours of: Mon to Fri - 06:00am to 08:00pm and Sat, Sun & Public Holidays - 08:00am to 06:30pm
