About the Role

This is a hands-on digital product and delivery leadership role with a clear mandate: help our Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams perform strongly through smarter use of technology, data and AI – with the majority of your focus on Sales and Marketing.

Reporting directly to the CIO, you'll work closely with senior business leaders to get more from our existing data assets and platforms – particularly Dynamics 365 CRM – while identifying and delivering new digital initiatives where they add genuine value. You'll own outcomes, not just oversee them.

The environment is deliberately lean: direct access to senior stakeholders, minimal bureaucracy and a shared Digital team you'll draw on to get work done – without direct line management. Success here comes from quality of thinking, strong relationships, and the ability to make things happen.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as a trusted digital partner to Sales, Marketing and Finance leaders – understanding their goals deeply and helping them achieve them through technology
  • Mobilising and directing cross-functional Digital team members and partners to deliver outcomes
  • Maximising value from existing platforms, and driving meaningful adoption and continuous improvement
  • Shaping and owning a clear digital roadmap across SaaS and data-driven solutions
  • Identifying underutilised capabilities and turning them into business outcomes
  • Staying close enough to the detail that nothing stalls – momentum and real-world impact are the measures of success

About You

You have 5+ years delivering digital outcomes in sales, marketing, or customer-facing environments. You're probably one of the following:

  • An experienced Delivery Lead or Senior Product Owner who has worked extensively with CRM and marketing platforms and is ready to take greater direct accountability for outcomes
  • A CRM or digital consultant with a strong track record delivering sales and marketing solutions for clients, who is ready to go client-side and have sustained, meaningful impact with one organisation

Whichever your background, you'll bring:

  • The ability to build trust quickly with senior leaders and influence without authority
  • A genuine track record of extracting value from existing tech investments – not just implementing new ones
  • Solid understanding of CRM ecosystems (Dynamics 365 or similar) and how they support sales journeys
  • Commercial thinking – you connect digital work to revenue, efficiency, and customer outcomes
  • A bias to action and the maturity to operate as a senior contributor in a small, high-trust team
