Position: HR Experts

Construct scenarios across enterprise talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and workforce planning at Fortune 500 scale.
Build tasks involving enterprise HRIS at 5K+ to 50K+ employee scale (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).
Develop multi-country leave, benefits, and compliance scenarios (FMLA, ADA, EU parental leave, APAC statutory programs).
Design enterprise total rewards programs including equity, deferred comp, and executive compensation.
Author tasks on Fortune 500 DEI programs, organizational design, and M&A people integration; write rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise HR judgment from generic guidance.

5+ years in HR, People Operations, Total Rewards, or Talent at a Fortune 500 or large public company, OR at a top-tier HR advisory or executive search firm serving Fortune 500 clients (Mercer, Aon, WTW, Korn Ferry, Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles).
Direct experience with enterprise HRIS at scale and with multi-country workforce programs.
Familiarity with Fortune 500 compensation philosophy, equity programs, and regulatory environments.
