Assistant Venue Manager

We’re looking for an energetic, people-first Assistant Venue Manager to help lead the team in a venue that’s fast-paced, community-driven, and packed with personality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading from the floor in a busy, high-energy venue
• Supporting day-to-day operations alongside the Venue Manager
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team
• Driving exceptional customer experiences every shift
• Managing stock, labour, compliance, and venue standards
• Assisting with recruitment, training, and rostering
• Helping deliver strong commercial results and KPI performance

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in hospitality, pubs, bars, or high-volume venues
• A confident and hands-on management style
• Someone who brings energy, positivity, and initiative
• Strong operational and organisational skills
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
