We’re looking for an energetic, people-first Assistant Venue Manager to help lead the team in a venue that’s fast-paced, community-driven, and packed with personality.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading from the floor in a busy, high-energy venue
- Supporting day-to-day operations alongside the Venue Manager
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team
- Driving exceptional customer experiences every shift
- Managing stock, labour, compliance, and venue standards
- Assisting with recruitment, training, and rostering
- Helping deliver strong commercial results and KPI performance
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in hospitality, pubs, bars, or high-volume venues
- A confident and hands-on management style
- Someone who brings energy, positivity, and initiative
- Strong operational and organisational skills
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
