Seeking Civil Engineers from around the world with experience in Civil Structures (roads, highways, bridges, tunnels) to work for our client, a leading New Zealand Civil Engineering Company. Roles are based in Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Christchurch.

About you

You’ll lead project teams and subcontractors, manage delivery from planning through to completion, and help drive the long-term success and profitability of the business. We’re looking for a practical, people-focused leader who puts safety first, communicates effectively, and keeps projects moving.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the safe and successful delivery of civil construction projects

• Managing project teams, subcontractors, materials, plant, and programme planning

• Overseeing contract administration, performance, quality, and compliance

What we’re looking for

• Relevant engineering qualification or significant industry experience

• Around 10+ years of relevant experience

• Experience leading teams and subcontractors

• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and a can-do attitude

• A strong commitment to health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

• Clear communication skills and a practical, team-first approach.

• Fluent in English.
