The finance function supports a complex and evolving group structure, offering exposure to listed reporting, large-scale investments, and a wide range of technical accounting challenges.

The Role

This is a broad Senior Corporate Accountant position offering a mix of financial and management accounting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in group reporting, working closely with senior finance leaders to deliver high-quality financial information across a complex portfolio. The role offers strong exposure to consolidation, statutory reporting, and technical accounting, alongside opportunities to get involved in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading monthly group consolidation, including reviewing journals, reconciliations, and reporting packs
• Preparing and delivering Board-level reporting and performance insights
• Supporting the preparation of half-year and annual statutory financial statements
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and evolving regulatory requirements
• Preparing audit deliverables and liaising with external auditors
• Contributing to budgeting processes and financial planning activities
• Supporting tax compliance across GST, WHT and associated obligations
• Partnering with senior finance stakeholders on technical and reporting matters
• Mentoring junior team members and acting as a key point of contact within the finance team

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to systems upgrades, process improvements, and acquisition-related integration work as part of a broader finance transformation journey.

Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• CA qualification with several years of post-qualification experience
• Strong grounding in financial reporting, consolidation, and IFRS
• Experience in a complex corporate or listed environment, or from a leading professional services firm
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and develop others
