We’re looking for an OD Advisor to join our People Transformation team on a 12‑month fixed term basis.

• Build your OD capability through hands-on delivery
• Work on real business challenges across the bank
• Learn from an experienced team and contribute to our OD practice

Organisational design is how we intentionally shape the way we work at Kiwibank so we can deliver on our strategy, both now and into the future. It gives our leaders practical tools to solve business problems and shape the future.

This is a delivery role where you will work across the OD journey helping leaders tackle complex challenges and make clear decisions.

You will be part of a small, high-performing team working in a fast-paced project environment. Using our established frameworks and tools, you’ll translate strategy into practical design outputs, analyse people, process, and technology inputs, support and run design sessions, and produce clear, decision-ready outcomes.

You will start by supporting a range of initiatives alongside our OD team, then move into leading smaller pieces of work end-to-end.

You may be an organisational design practitioner, or earlier in your career building depth in this space, who wants to grow through hands-on experience. You will be comfortable operating in complex, fast moving environments and will likely bring:

• Experience using structured approaches (OD, change, consulting or transformation)
• Strong thinking skills with the ability to connect ideas across teams
• Curiosity about using AI tools to work smarter
• Confidence working with different types of inputs (people, process, technology)
• Experience supporting workshops
• Clear, structured written communication
• Strong relationship skills and a collaborative style
