If you’re an energetic people person with a knack for logistics and a passion for leadership, this could be the perfect role for you! You’ll support the Experience Manager – Whakatipu in coordinating day-to-day operations for our Lake Whakatipu experiences, including the iconic TSS Earnslaw and Spirit of Queenstown. Acting as a key support to our operational leaders, you’ll be the central link that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes while delivering the magic RealNZ is known for.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in a dynamic hospitality, tourism or retail environment
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Experience with daily operational coordination and rostering
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Someone who is ready to be a weekend warrior!
