Manufacturing Technician

Description: The Manufacturing Technician is to liaise with the Manufacturing Manager

Key Responsibilities Include

• Comply with the Environmental Health and Safety regulations and policies.
• Ensure full traceability is maintained for all products.
• Process blood products to raw serum: separate, process, package raw serum.
• Process raw to sterile serum: filter, fill, and package sterile serum.
• Undertake cleaning procedures to a defined standard.
• Maintain meticulous documentation.
• Cross department duties as assigned.

Quality Specific Goals

• Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
• Complete assigned planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Training: Aware of and comply with training requirements.
• Any other tasks that may be reasonably requested.
